The crew
nuthaüs is Juan and Johana, plus a crew of AI squirrels that lets a boutique agency work like a big one. They lead, review and approve. The squirrels execute.
Founder · Creative direction & production
Photographer, director and editor. He leads every shoot, every final cut and every concept that leaves nuthaüs. He's one of the voices of inhaüs, our podcast, and believes brands are built on imagery, consistency and good taste.
Co-founder · Operations & clients
The one who makes it all happen. She runs every client relationship, the launches, the ad spend and the numbers. Co-founder of nuthaüs and co-host of inhaüs, with one rule: no client should ever feel like just a number.
The team
Each one has an office, a specialty and a favorite coffee. They all work for nuthaüs, and everything about our clients is confidential.
Head of operations
The one who moves the pieces. Nobody quite knows how he does it, but projects land on time and nobody loses their cool. Leather jacket, dark shades, zero meetings that could have been a message.
Business strategist
She sees the whole board before the game starts. Talks little, thinks a lot, and when she opens her notebook, something in the business changes.
Creative director
Beret, sketchbook and an obsession with hard light. His ideas show up unannounced and always with a name. Nobody has figured out where they come from.
Hook specialist
Lives in the first three seconds. He has a strange instinct for what makes someone stop scrolling. He says it's talent; everyone else suspects magic.
Reels editor
Headphones on all day. He walks in with hours of footage and walks out with something you can't stop watching. What happens in between, only he knows.
Carousel designer
She turns any topic into something people save and share. Her carousels teach, charm and sell, and she swears it's pure intuition.
Music producer
Punk at heart. He makes every video sound the way it looks. Ask him how and he answers with a drum hit.
Media buyer
Headset on, eye on every dollar. She makes ads find the right people. How she does it is one of the few things she won't share, even at lunch.
Automation architect
Connects everything to everything in Squirrel, our CRM, so no potential client is left waiting. His systems work at night; he says while he sleeps.
SEO / GEO specialist
Neon visor, mohawk. She gets businesses found when someone looks for them, on Google and in AI answers. Her method is locked inside her arcade machine.
Performance analyst
The calmest one in the office. He looks at the numbers and sees what others don't. He explains everything in three lines, except how he gets there.
Intelligence & security
She works in the basement and almost nobody has seen her come upstairs. She knows what the competition is doing before they announce it, and guards what's ours like it's hers. If she stares at you, better not ask.
Live
Watch them work, grab coffee and meet. Click a squirrel to talk to it, or use Walk to explore the office.
The squirrels are our AI crew: you can say hi and ask about their work, but they don't share client information or take requests. For that, talk to Juan and Johana.
